When do you think the complete list of participating restaurants will be listed. We don't go until fall, so it is no hurry, but we want Chefs de France and that is not on the list yet. What about the people that made thsese ressies's before the first of the year. Do they still get to eat at theses places on the dinning plan?

It has already been updated. Chefs de France is now on the list, as is Tutto Italia, Raglan Road, Yak & Yeti, etc. Here is a link to the latest pdf file containing all participating restaurants.
