When you make your reservations, the CM should tell you about the dress code for those particular places - they have run through that whole spiel with me everytime I booked a signature meal.
We have gone the past few years on the ddp and never have a problem with the TS restaurants and a dress code. We usually go directly from being in a park and are dressed in the clothes we wore to the park. The only onces that might have a more stringent dress code with be the restaurants that require 2 credits for dinner, otherwise you will find that basically everyone in the restaurant is coming directly from the park and are all dressed casually.
