Restaurant to eat at where you can watch illuminations?

We are going in September for my mom's birthday, and illuminations is her favorite. Is there a restaurant we can eat at while watching illuminations?

The Rose & Crown Pub in the UK has outside dining. I have seen Illuminations there for years. The trick is first getting a good PS time and, second, getting lucky enough to get an outside table.

For something more casual you can get a table on the water at the fast food spot in Mexico. It's not as fancy, but if you are willing to hang around you can have a great view and some good snacks and drinks.
