Restaurant tip envelopes?

Im looking for a few printable tip envelopes for when we eat out. I need them for : Planet Hollywood, Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fare, Sci Fi theater, & Chef Mickeys.

These are sized 4x9, so you can print them directly on business/#10 envelopes. I didn't know if you wanted them to have the name of the restaurant on them or not. There are 2 Sci-Fi DISigns, I wasn't sure if you wanted a 50s themes or sci-fi theme. Please let me know if you want me to try again on these. I am happy to try different styles. Just let me know what you want.

Hello Dee,
I tried copying & printing these on #10 envelopes, but must be doing something wrong...
If it's not too much trouble, could you please direct me to some directions, or tell me how to print out legal sized envelopes for tips for
CRT,
Yachtsman Steakhouse,
50 Prime Time,
Rose & Crown
and Raglan Road?
I will defer to your creative input - LOVE your Dis-igns!
