Restaurant reviews and recipes...formerly Disney QOTD

Did a long road trip to DL in Feb/09 for 15 days. When we visit WDW in Aug/2011 we will be flying, as it's too far to drive.

When we go to Disney World and Disneyland we fly. I like to fly in premium ecomony as you ahev more room because the seats are in pairs. On the Orlando route you are in the bubble upstairs and on the LA route you have nice purple leather seats, I usually like to sit by the window.

When we go to Disneyland Paris we drive. We drive to the channel tunnel, drive the car onto the train and 35 minutes later you drive off the train into France. Then it is a 3 hour drive to DLRP.

We always fly. Although, with plane tickets so high, and all the "extras" you're charged for now on flights, driving to WDW is certainly a possibility in the future. I generally don't mind aisle or window, but if I have a connection, I like to be towards the front of the plane.

We have done both when visiting WDW, lately we've been flying. On one of our trips we drove through the night, left around 11pm, that's when the kids were real young, my youngest was 2 now he's 18. The last time we drove my youngest was 3 and that's when my DH said not again, just too long of a drive, now we fly all the time. But if we need to we can always go back to driving. We either fly Southwest or Airtran and hopefully on their non-stop flights out of Baltimore, MD.

I usually reserve a window and an aisle, about in the center of the plane, leaving the middle seat open with hopes no one sits there. If someone is booked in the middle seat than we usually take the aisle and middle.

We always fly. Usually get somewhere near the front of the plane, John window seat, me aisle.

For WDW we always fly, too far to drive. I usually want the aisle seat, DD in the middle and DH has the window. For DL we have driven the last few times. We will drive about halfway the first day and then it is only about a 3 hour drive the next day. We do two days because DD gets cranky if she is in her car seat for too many hours even with breaks. Makes it a much more relaxing trip.

QOTD...11-18

Do you fly to Disney (answer for any of the parks)?
Or drive?

If you fly, where do you like to sit in the plane? Aisle, window?

We fly. I'm not a fan of road trips, altho the boys are older now and it might be more fun. :goodvibes But, I like the aisle-the kids take the windows.

I love parrots and one day when we were in the AK they had escaped from their tree (the branch had broken and they used it as a bridge!!) So DH took this of me.
