Yes. I think it's great for getting a family picture. Before photopass we didn't get a lot of these. As far as the other pics, I can get the same ones with my camera and it's much cheaper.
I have only used it once.
The trip with BFF. We were there 2 weeks and got over 300 shots. We did do character signings and such, so that helped. We went to every Photopass person we saw. It was part of the fun.
We bought the CD and shared the cost. It was well worth it.
Love the little extras you can add.
The family and DH...not sure they would ever use it.
I think I would only do it again for a lot of pictures and buy the CD. Price isn't so bad if you share it.
I used Photopass when I was on my solo trip, so I had some pictures of me! Some of them were nice, in fact, I used one as a Christmas card--sent it to family & friends & they loved it. When I went last December, I was with some friends so we got the CD, it was good.
I've used photopass once when my family traveled with my sister's family, we had lots of photos and purchased the CD and copied it over once we returned home. That way we both had our own CD.
I also had photos taken whenever I saw a photopass person, my boys were getting tried of having their photos taken so many times. I felt like to make it worth it we needed as many photos as possible and it also helped by having my sister's photos on the same CD, that way we shared the cost of the CD which I believe is about $100.
WDW.....17 times
DLR.....many. I grew up in N. CA, and my first trip was when I was very young. Can't remember them all as a kid. Last one was in 2004, so I am soooo ready to go back in April.
None of the others.....gotta get those on the plans somewhere.
I see them...but I know yesterday, they kept coming and going and the site was down several times.
I guess they are still dealing with whatever the problem is.
I don't really know how many times I've been to WDW, I went lots when I was a kid with my parents and throughout my teenage years. Now I have my own family we have gone about 11-12 times since my youngest was 3 years old, he's now 18.
I visited DLR once when a friend and myself traveled to Hawaii and stopped over in LA for a couple of days one our way home to MD.
