Restaurant reviews and recipes...formerly Disney QOTD

No, we have never been on a Disney Cruise or any cruise for that matter. We want to go on one so badly!! We don't even care where!

We priced the DCL for this winter when kids cruise free. If it was just the 2 boys we could definetly swing it but if DS would want to go it pushes us up into a different room and it would be just too much to pull off so close to christmas! Ir was double, (almost exactly!) to go from 4 to 5 people.

Oh well, some day!!

QOTD 9-13

What you ever been on an Adventure By Disney trip?
If so, which one?
If not, which would you want to experience?

No, I haven't. Would love to go to Ireland or Greece. Not sure if Greece is one, still would like to go though. :goodvibes

We haven't done one.....yet. They sound amazing and I know being run by Disney, they do a great job.
I like:
Alpine Magic, Costa Rica, Ecuador & Galapagos Islands and Spirit of America

No I haven't, but looking at them I like the look of the Australia one. Although going all that way I would want to go for more than 10 days!

I think that about everywhere, Karen.......even can't see going to WDW for less than 7 days, ideally at least 10. Too far to travel and too expensive to do less.

And those Disney Adventures are not cheap!!
But they sound amazing and schedule so many interesting and fun things to do.

Have not been on one, but would like to do Australia, or London.

Eh we don't spend time in Fantasyland, just back there long enough to do Pirates and see Philharmagic.

I'm sure it'll be good for those with little ones. Mine don't spend much if any time in Fantasyland anymore. :sad1:

OK, I admit it: I am a great big kid. I love Fantasyland. I go there first whenever I go to the Magic Kingdom, I spend most of my time there. I even like IASW! So I am very excited by the changes. I am also excited by the updates to Star Tours. Star Wars is one of my favorite movies, and ST is one of my favorite rides at WDW.

Heidi, Pirates ISN'T in Fantasyland ;)

We go to FL...first stop in MK before all the strollers start lining up. We can ride everything we want in about an hour.
Must do....love the dark rides. Also do IASW and Philharmagic.

I like the new plan.....adding a restuarant is great! And needed.
The walkways look more open so it doesn't get so bogged down through there.
And of course, we will try the new rides.

We don't spend that much time in Fantasyland either, but I think the plans look quite good. The artists drawings make the area look very European, with the castles for wach Princess. I also like the idea of the restaurant, especially the table service in the evening.

Ok, I haven't seen the plans, just heard they were going to enlarge the area when I was looking over my email there was an announcement. Where can I fine the plans? or maybe I'll just do a search.

There's a couple of rides in FantasyLand that we always ride especially when my nieces are with us, other than riding my nieces favorites we usually just pass through.

We do a few rides in Fantasyland. But can't say it's an area we spend any kind of time in. Do like Philaharmagic. Other than that I avoid stroller city. ;)
Very glad they are re-doing the area. Also very disappointed they are not re-doing or adding anything for adults. :confused3 :snooty:

I heard FL was getting redone, but since it wasn't during our vacation I didn't pay to much attention--guess I'll have to go read up about it. I still love most of the rides there. I drag someone on IASW each year.

I'd love to do one of the Adventures. I think any of the European ones would be awesome. No cruises for us--I'm in the same boat (no pun intended) as Alisa with 5 of us. With 2 cabins, the price is pretty ugly.
