Restaurant no shows

Just wondering what will happen if I no show without cancelling to the following restaurants.....Sanaa, kona or boma?
I cannot seem to find my reservation numbers to cancel them and cannot remember if I did Sanaa or boma....don't want to be hit with charge on credit card. Thanks

You'll be charged if you don't show up and don't cancel. Perhaps call the ADR line and a CM could assist you?

Sanaa, Kona and Boma do not require a credit card to hold the reservation so you won't be charged if you are a no-show.....that being said, a quick phone call to cancel would help out others who may need a reservation at one of those places you no longer need.

Definately call Disney Dining.
A CM can look up ALL of your ADR's, very easily.
The number is: 1-407-939-3463

Then you can cancel or change ADR's very easily.

When planning our trips I to start an Itinerary file on my laptop.
I list each day, then which park per day and the park hours.
Under that I list all ADR's for each day, and their confirmation numbers.

If you have an account at Disney.com, you can link everything so it all shows up together. If you make adr's online your ADR's and confirmation numbers will show up in My Disney Experience and you can even cancel online too.

Since you don't have confirmation numbers Definately call Disney Dining.
You don't want to get charged for a no show.
Plus if you cancel that will free up your ressie time for others to make ressies.

I think some places are charing a 10.00 pp fee if you don't cancel within 24hrs. I would just call disney dining and give them your name, I'm sure they can locate your reservation number.

You wouldn't be charges at those restaurants, but just call Disney and cancel. You won't need your ADR# for that. And that way hopefully they will continue to not require CC hold on those.

ADR "NO-SHOW" CANCELLATION FEES:

1) The rule says you are charged $10 per person for "no-show" ADR's.
. . . penalty applies when none of the party appears for the ADR
. . . penalty does not apply as long as some guests in party appear
. . . character meals and signature meals usually have these penalties
. . . other meals that request a credit card hold may include a penalty fee
2) The "no-show" penalty procedure
. . . podium person lists ADR as no-show (checks "On Hold" box in computer)
. . . usually after 30-minutes tardiness you are marked as a "no-show"
. . . once listed as "no-show", your name and number of your guests are listed
. . . the computer is reviewed by a manager at the end of the day
. . . the eatery manager SOLELY determines whether or not to charge you
. . . if charged, the cost penalty is on your credit/debit card
3) Exceptions - policy
. . . penalty is not assessed for cancellations made the day before ADR
. . . for some meals, a different 24-48 hour cancel period may be in effect
4) Exceptions - not policy, but at manager's discretion
. . . cancellations for lunch/dinner made early in the same day
. . . you come to the eatery ANYTIME during the same day and apologize
. . . a few minutes tardy, podium person usually will not denote "On Hold"
5) Trial Period
. . . this was done on a trial-basis for 4-weeks in Epcot
. . . cut down no-shows by over 75% at Epcot eateries
. . . Le Cellier cut daily no-shows to 1-page from 2-3 pages
. . . now a policy, as no-shows greatly can reduce eatery revenue
. . . a no-show takes a ressie someone else might have kept

NOTE: During busy periods, there might be no grace period and
late-is-late, and they might even cancel your ADR. However, whether
the ADR was canceled due to tardiness or not, it does not affect
the application of the penalty fee. For the "no-show" fee at other
eateries, you could show for dinner with a breakfast ADR and not be
tardy or a "no-show". In fact, at two eateries I know, you are at the
front of the line for the next table even when you are late, whether
late by 15-minutes or 5-hours.

Call Disney Dining and check. Even if there isn't a charge it frees up the spot for someone else.
