Hi everyone.

My BF and I are going to DW in July. We are both in our late twenties and would love to hear some suggestions for dinner restaurants (romantic, fun, etc.) Any advice would be apprecaited.

I would just like to say that this website has been one of the best finds on the Internet. My BF and I have found so much info on the message boards - I can't wait to put it all to use on our trip. So for anyone out there that has responded to any of my numerous questions - THANKS!

There are so many wonderful places to go! Some of our favorites are:

Cape May Cafe at Beach Club Resort
Boma's at Animal Kingdom Lodge
Prime Time Cafe at MGM
Mama Melrose at MGM
Peco Bills at Magic Kingdom
Chef Mickey's at The Comtemporary Resort
Le Cellier at Canada/Epcot
The fast food place at Mexico/Epcot, don't know the name of it

There are more but this is a start,

We will be there July 31 to August 9.. Beth

My favorites are:

Cape May both for the character breakfast and the CLam Bake at night

Boma's for breakfast

Columbia Harbour House for best counter service

O'hana's for the All you can eat dinner

I would pick a country to try too. We are eating in Norway for dinner this time.

Just a few ideas. Enjoy. you can find the menus on this site or www.wdwig.com

So far, from what we have tried our favorites are~~~

Artist Point (favorite romantic/more adult, ask for a window seat)

Le Cellier (best food)

Chef Mickey (favorite character meal)

Sci Fi (fun atmosphere, delicious shakes)

Kringle Bakeri (nice sandwich and dessert for lunch)

Others we liked and will eat at again, but not our "super" favorites---

Big River Grille and Brewing Co. (nice burger and specialty beer)
Plaza Resturant-(nice fresh club with ice cream desserts)
ESPN Club--(nice sports entertainment)

Here's an idea that you may like (we're doing it on June 24th for my parents' anniversary):

Book Cinderella's later during Wishes and you can have a wonderful dinner while enjoying the fireworks...

We love the clambake at Cape May Cafe...

We never miss the Hoop Dee Doo Revue (talk about fun!)...

Just a few ideas!! Have a great time!!

dining with fun -

Hi milleecat, and welcome. Must agree with eeyoregirl about a great fun time at the Hoop-Dee-Doo. It is worth every penny - an excellent show and all you can eat meal. LeCellier, Cape May (either breakfast or dinner), and Crystal Palace are a few more of our favorites. Have heard good things about Palio at the Swan. Have a great trip!!!! Bob

For a couple in their late 20's, I would recommend:
Jiko (something different)
The House of Blues (great music and food)
Beaches and Cream (fun)
BlueZoo (romantic)

Enjoy!
:love2:

My DH and I are about the same age, and enjoy different restaurants based on what we are in the mood for...(ie: for romantic dinners, Victoria & Albert's in the Grand...hands-down is the best on property). However, for some variety...walk around Epcot and sample different places based on your likes...if you find yourself at Downtown Disney, wander around there for fun dining (Rainforest has great theming). The California Grill in the Contemporary certainly offers a wonderful dining experience, especially if you can make a priority seating around the fireworks as the view is great. Let me know if you have specific restaurant questions as there is only 15 F/B places including counter-service places we have not dined at previously.

My fiance and I are in the same age range. Here are our PS for July (11 days)-

Cinderella's Royal Table (dinner)
Brown Derby (Fantasmic Dinner)
ESPN Club (no PS - lunch)
Narcoossee's (dinner)
Citrico's (dinner)
Victoria & Albert's (dinner)
Spoodles (dinner)
Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)
Coral Reef (lunch)
Restaurant Akershus (dinner)
Big River Grille and Brew Works (lunch)
Fulton's Crab House (lunch)
Rose & Crown (lunch)
Flying Fish (dinner)
Le Cellier (lunch)
50s Prime Time Cafe (lunch)
Earl of Sandwich

We're also (for the first time) going to Eat and Drink Around the World at Epcot.
