Restaurant hours vs. Park hours ~ Yak & Yeti

HI!

I am planning my trip for September. The park hours just came out, and the day we will be in AK, the park closes at 5pm. My question is where can I find the restaurant operating hours? We want to try Yak & Yeti this trip!
Surely Yak & Yeti doesn't close at 5pm??

Can I make an ADR for alittle after 5pm, so we can eat right after the park closes? And if so, will there still be buses running to get us when were done eating?

although I am looking at an EMH night with a close of 8PM, I'd like to have dinner on or as close to 8PM as I can get. Hope someone has an answer!

The restaurant hours are not posted on allears, or anywhere that I can find.
I hope they stay open later than 5pm!

Everything I can find says "until park close". So, to me that would mean if the park closes at 5pm, then so do the restaurants.

Your best bet though would be to call Disney and ask yourself.
