I think the certificates that are $4 are the $25 ones that sell for $10,so the discount brings them to $4.Restaurant.com pretty much always has these coupon codes that bring the price down.One thing I have noticed is that a couple of years ago the discounts were better as they were at worst 60% off,usually 70%-80% and once a year I think in September 90% so a $25 certificate would sell for $1.I used to buy these certificates much more frequently back then not only because they were cheaper but because the amount of good quality restaurants has dropped,at least in my area.
