I'm looking for some recommendations for some good restaurants that are close to Disney that are on restaurant.com. We are staying offsite at Windsor Hills and want to purchase some gift certificates to some nearby restaurants.

There are lots of posts on this subject with other people's favorites but I will list the ones I like. I usually go with one other person and we have trouble meeting the $50 but the $35 is no problem Most coupons are $25 off $35 or more, but some now have gone up to $25 off $50 or more. If you have to get desserts to go or maybe an appetizer or two to go, then heat it in the micor at the food court later in the evening.
Cricketeer Arms. great food. go between 3 and 5 and get in on happy hour. BOGO drinks, all even mixed. and they will put the drinks toward the coupon if you don't make it to $35. they are on International Drive near in the Mercado Festival Mall, near the outlets.
BBKings. I haven't had a chance yet but others like it. I tried twice and both times they were closed for private parties. I am going for the 4th of July week and plan to try again.
TGIF hard to get these you have to buy early in the month but it is good food. Eat at a table in the bar area during happy hour and they will put the coupon toward your food. They won't at the tables in the restaraunt.
Le Creperia. Good for bfst. I don't think I would like crepes with meat for dinner but it might be a change. Food is very light. I had crepes with ricotta cheese and berries. Yum. And their smoothies are good.
HOUSE OF BLUES...seems to be everyone's favorite. I thought the food was just ok. My sister loved it. Again, they let us put the drinks toward the entire bill.
I haven't tried any of the ones they have added this month for the restaraunts at Swan and Dolphin but others have. I have only eaten at the all you can eat bfst there so I don't know much about their restaraunts other than they seem a little pricy.
I am sure you will get other opinions. or do a search and you will find the old posts.

We just got back last week and used the House of Blues, BB Kings and O'Charley coupons. We had been to House of Blues several times before, but this time we just had sandwiches which were fine. We really enjoyed BB Kings and thought it was a good value. O" Charleys was fine too.

They were all easy to use and would use them again. I will say, we had my mom and DS with us and my mom thought they were expensive and DS thought they were a great deal. BUT, my mom would have enjoyed eating all her meals at IHOP or Wendys and yes they were expensive if you are expecting those kind of prices. DS is use to eating at more casual dining places, so he thought the coupons were a great deal.
