Restaurant Choice for Valentines Day 2009 ideas needed

We are looking for Valentines Day 2009.. We have been trying since 90 days out to get something and everything seems taken (We are 37th on the waiting list at Victoria & Albert's and that was calling 90 days out!) What do People think of BISTRO DE PARIS? or the Yachtsman Steakhouse ?
(only two we have found with openings) Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ....Thank You

At this point I would just pick one and hurry and make the reservation before they are gone! Are you going to have a car? We made an off-site reservation for Valentine's Day.
I don't think you could really go wrong with either choice. Did you check out the menus on www.wdwig.com? I think it's all in what you would prefer to eat. If you love beef go to Yachtman's.

Thank You , We will probally take a Cab from the Resort to the Resturant ,the buses are great Resort to the Parks for the most part not so good Resort to Resort we have found.

I have thought of going to the 6PM Cirque du Soleil La Nouba then out to dinner after, can anyone suggest where to eat near the Cirque du Soleil ?

Well, at DTD you've got quite a selection to choose from for dinner.

I've heard Fulton's is very good, and the restaurant is a boat on the water which looks pretty cool to me.

If you go to Cirque, I'd eat at Fulton's, it's wonderful. OR, if you want to knock it down a notch, House of Blues is right there and always tasty.

Yachtsman is great! Don't pass it up. The food is delicious and service is wonderful. I don't think you could go wrong there at any time of year.

I think you'd be fine with either Bistro or Yachtsman....but I'm particularly fond of Bistro since it's where I proposed to DW on a valentines day many moons ago....

San Angel Inn is romantic. Late dinner and Illuminations would be nice

Does anyone have any recommendations on where we should request to sit at Fulton's (this will be our first time eating there)? Water View?
