restaurant and merchandise discounts

Does DL offer any discount restaurant cards (similar to Tables in Wonderland at WDW)? Also are merchandise discounts available to annual passholders? Thanks.

Right now all AP holders get at least 10% off merchandise, with Premium AP holders getting 20%, but that is only a special promotion that is running through the year I believe. Normally, PAP holders get only 10% off merchandise while other AP levels get no merchandise discount.

PAP holders always get 15% off food while other AP levels get 10% off.
