I was wondering if anyone knows of any rest areas that have electrical hook-ups for overnight camping. I know I read that some rest areas do have this for about a $10.00 fee, but I can't seem to find the information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't heard of this before...........maybe state parks? They are often around $10 per night.

SPINNER...............................

Does anyone know of any along I-75 ?
I was hoping with the big push the EPA is making to electrify rest areas and truck stops, that they would start showing up soon. The EPA is hoping to electrify so that trucks will not have to idle for long periods of time just for heat or AC. They determined that this was a source of significant emissions. Apparently their goal is to provide comfort HVAC via electrical sources for the truckers, hopefully us campers will benefit also.
