Should I have much trouble booking a June reservation in late Jan or early Feb., for a week stay?

Depends on when in June and what size unit. Late June at this point is probably sold out, and if you are looking for anything other than a 2BR the reservation at any time in June is tough, especially since the 7 month mark is a couple months past. Wait list may work for you, but even that is iffy especially for a full week. BTW, the weekends might even still be available, but filling out the week can be difficult since the resort is small and demand is high in the summer. Good luck, and keep us posted!

We made ressies for first week of June, but We did it day by day at the 7 month mark in December. Probably Waitlist is best bet. Only one way to find out. Good Luck

I tried making reservations for the last week of June a little after the 7 month mark and had to be waitlisted because nothing was available. I then called back right at the 7 month mark for mid-July and got a studio for three days. I think June reservations past the 7 month mark will be hard.

I called a few days ago for any type of room from June through August and nothing was available except maybe a few days here and there like a Tuesday in one week and a wednesday in another. You can always waitlist, but there's no guarantee.

I just called a few days ago and asked for any week between June and the end of August and the first WEEK they could give me was August 5th - 10th. MS told me they had SOME weekends available in June or July but no whole weeks till August and I'm sure they are going fast! We were flexible so it didn't matter to us and works out well as we'll celebrate DH's birthday down there!
