Well I use fixin' but the Texan verb version. I'm fixin to get me a coke from the ice box. And my coke I mean any type of soda.

Ugh, this made me think of the South Baltimore way of talking, like "Me and Uncle Joe are gonna take and go to the store". Take what???? You are going to the store.

There is a small store I drive past and its name is We Got It. However, it prefers to go by W.G.I- which is completely stupid bc saying the words, "We Got It" is 3 syllables but saying the letters W-G-I is 5....The letter W has as many as the name! THIS drives me crazy and every time I drive past I think, "Seriously...has no one else noticed this?"

I'll take ressie over ADR. It's a dining reservation. All reservations are in advance....

So true. Disney changed from priority seating (PS) many years ago. Then they had advanced dining reservation (ADR) for awhile and then, I presume thinking along the lines you are talking about, a redundancy for sure, to just dining reservation (DR if it needed to be abbreviated). For some reason, people continue with the ADR moniker.
