Hi - does anyone know if they'll be taking reservations and if so, when? We'd love to try this restaurant at the end of April!

If they begin taking reservations, it won't be until January 2009. To make reservations at that time (assuming that they take them) you will call the restaurant directly to do so.

I've read that the seating capacity for this place is huge, and that waits even without reservations, are very minimal.

I called the restaurant directly and they said they will be taking reservations for lunch and dinner starting January 5th.
