What is the order that I should make our reservations when we get on the ship? I need 2 ressies for Palo brunch, 1 ressie for the spa, sign my daughter up for the Oceaneer Club, and we also want to sign up for the wine tasting.

Palo first, then the spa. Those two are the most important.

You can sign your daughter up anytime the first afternoon and the Wine Tasting reservations are usually taken at Guest Services and there's no rush. Check your Personal Navigator for times reservations are taken and to verify the place.

Can you sign up for brunch and dinner in Palos at the same time?

Or, in my case, can I sign up myself & DH for brunch and high tea at the same time? thanks

Yes, you can do all Palo ressies at the same time; they take dinner, brunch and high tea reservations at separate tables. Just go from one to the next to make your reservations.
