Try to bear with me as I try to explain my situation.
I have two separate contracts at BCV, one for 200 pts and one for 70 points.

I made 3 reservations for the same 5 days in June.
Two of the ressies are for a 2 bedroom dedicated 2queen villa. One of these two ressies was originally for a studio. The day after I booked it I called MS back and borrowed some points and then "revised" the reservation for a 2 bedroom 2 queen villa. (I never received a paper copy of the revised ressie)
The third ressie (made 9 days later from the other contract) is for a studio for the same 5 dates

So I should have Two -2bedroom dedicated villas and One -studio (a total of 470 points used).

When this was booked, everything looked correct on the DVC website and I was able to see all three ressies on the vacation details.

While perusing the website tonight (looking for info on the switch to RCI), I noticed that I can now only see the Two 2bedroom reservations. These were both made with the same contract's points (banked and borrowed).

When I try to click on the other contract and hit "view vacation details" nothing shows up. When I click on "view activity" I can see where the ressie was made and I do have a paper confirmation that was mailed to me (but as mentioned above, I am missing the confirmation for one of the 2-Bedroom ressies that is listed on the website), but for some reason I can't see the vacation details.

Is this a problem? Has anyone else experienced this? Will they re-send confirmations to me so I'm sure to have hard copies?

Sorry for the rant but this kind of made me a bit nervous.

If you can see where the other reservation was made, but see nothing about it being changed, then I would think it should be okay. Be sure to check your point totals to make sure they seem right also. If that looks right too, then I would call MS and just "make sure". I know they have had some issues with that part of the member website, so it might be a website problem.

Called MS and they verified that all my ressies are in the system. I'm getting new hard copies of the reservations. They said that there must be a website glitch for the one contract's reservations not showing up. We'll see how long before it's corrected.

Apparently there is a known problem with the DVC member site displaying all of the reservations for people who have more than one master contract (multiple member numbers - and different use years). This has been going on for at least the past few weeks, and member services seems clueless about it. Despite what they tell you, it is a known problem and has been reported by several members.

The good news is that your reservations really are intact, the bad news is that each of s suffers a minor panic attack when we look at the member site.

Tell me about it. I was to the point of trying to figure which of the 18 of us would have to find other accomodations:scared1:

Yup, I have the same issues. DVC knows about it and now it's just wait and see... or not see as the case may be.

Also have same issue. However, if you go to the official site, click on My Vacation Points, then View Activity Statement (rather than vacation details), and then make beginning date Dec 2007 and click, you should get a history of the reservations you have made which includes the ones that were otherwise missing when you click on Vacation Details. This problem was first noticed about a month ago and MS has said they are working on it, but true to Disney form with a computer system, we will probably see it corrected by the time our grandchildren go to college.

The website has been messed up for a few weeks. I can't see ANY of my reservations so you have me beat LOL!

Disney is supposed to be "fixing" it:confused3 Of course instead of FIXING the broken stuff they are busy putting out "on line checkin" and "enhanced dining" SHEESH!

That said, if you can find it under view activity, you still have it. I called a few weeks ago and confirmed mine. Yesterday I got a confirmation letter for my waitlist clear that doesn't show.

I guess we all need to complain DAILY to get this moved up from the "after we break some new stuff" list! I think we have been 'waiting' long enough. The Disney IT shop is busy putting out NEW applications that won't work either! That has to be one of the worst shops........

Do you have a reservation # and a hard copy from when you originally made the ressies? As one who recently showed up to a DVC resort to find that part of my ressie had been inexplicably cancelled, I'd be nervous also. Make sure you do what I didn't do, and bring your ressie papers with you.

Well.. to be honest, you can make a reservation, get the paperwork for it, then cancel it, yet you still have the paper that says you have a reservtation.
Disney needs to FIX their stupid backwards websites, before adding to them.

I would love to sit down with all the big wigs and ask them to make a reservation with their system. Then half way through it make them change it to a package so they have to reenter in all their data...

Or I would like to time them to see how long it takes them to find the height requirement for Everest or Space Mountain.

But I digress....

Disney's Internet across the board sucks.

Hello: Have the same problem. I have three ressies and can only see one of them any where in the system. I have three contracts and 2 different use years at 2 diffierent resorts. I guess I'm calling tomorrow to see what the heck is going on. Thanks. Canadian Tom
