We've always booked our entire week at one time. However next year we want to make sure we get the nights we want and need accommodations for 4 families.

If we book each night separately at the 11 month window for that date, does DVC add all the nights together so we end up with one ressie for each room? What do we need to tell them each day when we call to make the ressie? We won't have to change rooms at all, will we?

Thanks for any tips from anyone who has done this.

Tell them you are calling day to day - they will advise if you need to - it is your choice - leave the ressie "open" and ensure when you call on subsequent days you refer to the "open" ressie. When you are done on the last day let MS know and "close" the ressies

If for some reason you close the ressies and then want to add to them you would start a second ressie and then have MS "link" the two together to avoid having to move

thanks

If you have the points to cover all the rooms, just tell them how many rooms you are booking, and doing day-by-day, and keep the reservation open. When you book the last day they will complete your reservation and send you the confirmation.

If you are calling at the 11 month mark exactly, MS should be able to meet your request. :D

We booked 2 GV's at HH on 1 reservation 2 summers ago.

Wether or not you really need to do this depends on when and what kind of accommodations you are looking for. If you want a GV during the Food and wine, yes. If you are looking for a number of 2 bedrooms in January at OKW, probably not.
