Resorts store your luggage

We will be arriving early. I have heard if your room is not ready they will store your luggage for you. Does this include like a cooler of cold items that you have. I really would like to get my items before we get onsite so that we don't have to go back out of the resort to the store.

The answer to your question is yes, they will store your luggage and/or cold items. This past August we were at CSR and they were able to store our coolers and frozen items while we were in MK for the day. We just had to bring everything that we wanted stored to the ME area. They have a refrigerator and freezer (we needed the freezer because we needed to keep my kids meds cold for the trip home).

They can store luggage and your cooler for you while they are preparing your room. If you need to keep something refrigerated, such as medications, they can do that for you too. Just go up to Bell Services and they can do this for you.

If your items are already in a portable cooler, there is no reason to put it in the refrigerator - the cooler "protects" the contents from the cold refrigerated air. Bell Services will hold your cooler, with or without contents.

I don't know that I would trust milk all day in just a cooler with some ice.

Which resort are you staying at? We've left full orders of groceries with milk and tons of fridge stuff with bell services and never had a problem.

We are staying in the villas at the WL. I wanted to stop by and get my groceries for the week before we got to the resort. Cold stuff is mostly milk and yogurt . We will be arriving around 9 so I don't figure our room will be ready. I just wondered if they took it out of the cooler and put it in their's or if I should just leave it in grocery bags and let them place it. Thanks for the response
