Resorts have Character Breakfasts? Or only Character Dinners?

I know that the resorts have character "meals" for dinner at the family-oriented restaurants, but do they have any character breakfasts? Would rather save dinner time for the really good restaurants like Tchoup, the Kitchen, Bice, Hard Rock, Emerils, and Mythos.

Last I was there the hotels only had character dinners. There is a breakfast at IOA at Confiscos. The Kitchen at HRH has character dinners. Trattoria del Porto at Portofino and The Island Dining room at RPR.
