I'm seeing that the resort are going to be full in September. This worries me, it always seems fairly quiet when we are there. Do you think everything will be busy this September? I wonder what the reason is?

When you called, which resorts did they say were sold out? Thank-You

Not sure that resorts are full. However, Carribean Beach, Shades of Green and Disney Insitute are all closed and as a result you will have heavier bookings going on at other resorts -- unlikely to have real crowd difference for time of year.

I hadnt actually called, but I had seen that some others had called and were being told things were full. We are leaving in a little over 2 weeks and I wondered if something was going on and I didnt know. I hope that it is only due to other resorts being closed.

Just back from BWV and AKL - a very large section of BWV was closed for refurb also - I have never seen this area so quiet. AKL was very quiet until Friday night for the holiday weekend - several CMs and hotel workers made comments that after the weekend things would really be slow! I certainly got the feeling that they don't expect September to be busy.

I'm sure the resorts aren't full. They just close off certain sections and buildings during the off-season. So it just seems like things are full. ;) It's their polite way of forcing you to stay where they WANT you to stay. ;)

Even if all the on site resorts were open and all were full, it wouldn't mean that the parks will be crowded. It's the attendance by the locals and those staying at the off site hotels that push the crowd levels up. Since the schools are in session and it is very unlikely that the off site hotels are even close to capacity, there's no need to worry about crowded conditions. If you do happen to encounter unseasonably long waits at one of the parks, hop to another part of the park or another park.

You'll have a wonderful time, so try not to worry, especially about the things you cannot control.

Enjoy the trip!
