Hello everyone... Looking for resorts that can easily accommodate a family of 6 (2 adults, and 4 children, all teens). Any recommendations? We stayed at AoA last time but looking for something a little more "adult" this time around.

Some options:
2 rooms at any Value
2 rooms at any Moderate
2 rooms at any Deluxe
Junior Suite at Coronado Springs
2 Br. Villa at one of the Deluxe Villas
Cabin at Ft. Wilderness

^AGREE

Or ASMU suite (which will feel like a step down from AoA but sleeps you all)

Personally I'd probably go with 2 rooms at a moderate, CSR has been favorite of my kids since they were teens.

We just booked an upcoming trip for Spring Break at the ASMU family suites. There was a large enough price difference between AOA and ASMU that we went with the cheaper. Spring break typically doesn't have discounts. We have stayed at all levels. If you can the DVC villas can't be beat for space & washer/dryer.

If you get two rooms, note there is no guarantee that they will connect. Each room would need at least one guest who is 18 or older in it.

the 2-bedroom villa are at BCV, VWL, BLT, GFV, AKV, OKW, SSR - BWV has only the 1-bedroom and studio - no really 2-bedroom units - PVB has for the 2-bedroom the bungalows which are so expensive and right now there have been a bunch of complaints - so would not consider it.

This is untrue. BWV has 2 bedroom villas. They sleep 8.

no - their 2-bedroom is ONLY a studio and 1-bedroom. Not a true 2-bedroom.

they only have lock out for the 2-bedrooms. Have owned at BWV since 1995.

think the new rehab has a murphy bed in the studio - so will shortly sleep 9

For OP's purposes, a lock-off is bookable as a 2BR and works just fine. I think it is misleading to tell OP there is no 2BR on that basis. OP needs to sleep 6. At the other resorts you list, OP is as likely/more likely to get a lock-off as not, based on inventory.

if you need a room where there is just one door to the outside hall - then a lock out is not what you want. with teens who would love to get outside without their parents knowledge - not sure if this is the best location.

OP said nothing about such a concern.

favorite options with my family of six is a deluxe boardwalk inn room or a wilderness lodge deluxe room. Both spacious and also club level.
