Resort Swap?

That's just frustrating - my DH decided he and his DS want to join us. Just waited on hold with Disney for 59 mins to add a room (or change resorts to one with a fifth sleeper) since my online reservation won't let me change it... it rang, went to thank you for calling, press 1 to take our survey or hang up - thank you for calling. I tried calling last night and the rep said computer issues - call back tomorrow (which was this morning). Any tips on how I can get our resort swapped or room changed - anyone else having any luck online or calling in? I've tried night and now morning - our trip is next week.
 
The website seems to be operating just fine. Perhaps try booking a new room (either a second room at your current resort or a 5th sleeper at a different resort) and then just cancelling the room you have now if you don't need it anymore.

Thanks - when I tried moving things, the special rate (mine was a promo code from Disney) went away. I'm on hold again with a "more than 30 min wait time" - hopefully it gets answered at the end.
