Resort Suggestions - 3 BR needed (no twins, pref)

Hi. Traveling in May and need a 3 bedroom rental, preferably with no twin beds. I have found homeway, vrbo and airbnb to have pretty high fees for booking on certain rentals. Any you can suggest with a low deposit and decent rate?

ETA: Needed for only 3 nights. So having to deal with that as well!

- Makeup of group, so like 3 couples? since you don't want twins.
