I'll be arriving WDW Jan 7 and participating in the 1/2 marathon with my Mom -- how cool is that?

anyhow -- where would you recommend for a lighter but elegant place for dinner, no park passes on our arrival day. When I say light I mean enough food (traveling day) but not heavy foods in rich sauces, gravies, etc.

i'm thinking Narcosses?

PS -- we LOVE seafood :)

That would be my first choice, especially if it is around 5:30 or so, as you can expect fireworks to be right around 6:00. My other choice would be Artist Point for the Cedar Plank Salmon and a salad.

Flying Fish on the Boardwalk is a great place, also. It would be nice to stroll abit on the Boardwalk after traveling all day.

If ur in for something exotic and tasty, I'd recommend Jiko and Boma at the AKL. Boma has some of the best desserts you can find on property. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved it! Seafood wise, ur choice at Narcosee's is a good one and Flying Fish is also high rated! Enjoy ur dinner!!!!
