Just a quick question. I made reservations at POR about 3 weeks ago. I have never received a receipt in the mail confirming my reservation. I used my credit card to pay for the deposit--that was already charged, but shouldn't I have received a receipt from Disney confirming everything? What's been your experience?
 
For my first reservation paid in full I never recieved anything. Last week I upgraded our package. So I had to cancel our old ressie and make a new one. Today I received a receipt of my trip I cancelled and also my new ressie.
 
If you have your reservation # go on line to disney and put in your # and phone number you should be able to see your reservations there.
 
you can also call them to confirm your payment being applied, just to make sure that it shows in the system. ask them for a confirmation #. as long as you have that, you should be okay. then when you get to the resort, it should show your payment towards your room.
