Resort Reservations w/Tickets for Individual People

Hey everybody! Hopefully this scenario will make sense...My boyfriend and I are planning a trip in late November/early December and want to stay in one of the All Star resorts. We are annual passholders, so we do not need to purchase tickets. Another couple will be coming with us (they are NOT annual passholders), so they will need to be on the hotel reservation and will need to purchase multi-day tickets.

When I go on the website to book the resort reservation for 4 people, the ticket screen automatically asks me how many days of tickets we need, and I don't see a way to separate multi-day tickets for individual people. I believe tickets are cheaper when you bundle them with a resort, so I don't want to miss out on our friends' ticket prices by skipping this.

Is it possible to select multi-day tickets for only two people in our party? Or, will we have to book the reservation for 4 people and have them buy their tickets separately? I'm sure we're not the only ones who have ever run into this, so any info would be helpful!

Thanks! :)

No, they are not.

To book the resort as "room only"
just respond that you need ZERO tickets.

Then, go back and order any tickets needed as a separate transaction.

If you want to save money on tickets, buy them from an authorized WDW ticket reseller/discounter.

Here are some popular, reliable links for info and/or tickets:

UndercoverTourist.com

OfficialTicketCenter.com

kgstickets.com (Kissimmee Guest Services)

MapleLeafTickets.com

OrlandoFunTickets.com

BoardwalkTicketing.com

ParkSavers.com

And, AAA travel offices can often be a discount tickets source.

(There are others, but these will be some good sources.)

Go to TouringPlans.com and MouseSavers.com to read more about various discounters.

You should ABSOLUTELY check each of these yourself to see which happens to

have the best deal, as the specials can change at any time.

• Remember that Florida taxes (6.5%) will be added to any tickets purchased,

(it's a Florida law) so be sure to check if taxes are included in the price shown.

• Also, shipping fees may or may not be included in the price,

so consider that cost, as well.

Everyone on the reservation needs the same type/days on their tickets.

So, DON’T book a package. Buy your tickets from a Disney ticket reseller.
Boardwalk Ticketing, Park Savers, Undercover Tourist sell tickets and you can purchase and link them to your MDX account.

Good to know! Not sure why I thought that. Thanks!

I would just book the resort as a room only - like the pp said just choose 0 in the ticket option. Then they can purchase their tickets separately through Disney or via one of the discount ticket sellers- we use Undercover Tourist.

You probably know this already but there is an additional nightly charge for each adult over 2 in the room.
