If I book a room & then I receive a pin, discount or free dining occurs;can the offer be adjusted once the reservations is booked?I apprecaite your help.

Yes. All you (or your TA) needs to do is call CRO and present your code or pin for a price adjustment...granted the resort/room is available.

However, keep in mind that once your trip falls within 45 days of checkin, you will be charged a $50 fee for any changes that result in a price decrease.

Usually you should be able to get the discount but it depends on if there are any available rooms at your discount, as they are usually limited.

But what they will do is cancell your current reservation and make a new one from what I gather.

Yup
As long as your dates / room qualify for the discount, but a CM would be able to tell you this information.

yes, absolutely. Depending on what your are booking, you may have to cancel the first res, get deposit refunded, and re book, for example: If you are booking just a room only now, but a discount on a WDW pkg like free dining is released- you'd have to cancel the room only res, and re-book as a package.
I've had to do that, it's not hard, WDW reservations does it all for you.
