I'm glad the comments have made you feel better about your choice, OP. We love FQ and stay there frequently. Honestly, most of the time we never even shared a bus with POR. And the boat ride to DTD is wonderful. I have the opposite problem, as we are staying at Pop for the first time and I wish it was POFQ! But this is a somewhat unexpected trip, so we're going on the cheap. Have a great time at FQ, and eat a beignet for me!

I have resort remorse a bit too.... We only do values. We are a young couple who is always looking to save....

But yesterday I booked CBR with FD. Is it going to be worth the price increase? We've never done a mod before

cbr is a great resort! we have been 4 times and each stay we had no problems with buses houskeeping or anything else, its beautiful, sometimes I find it hard to book a stay anywhere else like this upcoming trip where we are staying at por in a royal room. Other then the yacht club cbr is my favorite resort it even beat out our poly stay! you will love it Im sure

I too have only stayed at POP, our family of 4 will be taking my mother for her first disney trip! making it a family of 5 at the same time as you 09/29-10/07! The way I look at it, we only need 1 room @ POR (they hold 5) and we get the FREE dining (the 29th is the last day, we were able to get it for the length of our stay). If we were @ POP, we would have need 2 rooms and have to upgrade the QS plan @ $16 per adult (5 of us) per day for 8 days. Worth the little extra to stay @ POR vs. POP!! See you there!!!

That's what happened to us on our last trip. We were booked for POP, but they when a discount came out they didn't have any rooms left that fell under that discount. We had to upgrade to POFQ. World of difference--for the better! I don't know that we would spent the extra money on our own to try the moderates, but having to go with the moderate to receive the discount allowed us to see the huge difference between a value and a mod. It truly made our vacation so much better. We'll never go back to a value. OP and other PP you'll be so glad to experience the upgrade!
