Resort question?

We are staying at Saratoga Springs and want to request to stay in Congress Park. Can you do this prior to getting there or is it request upon arrival?

You need to ring them ten days in advance to make the request.

We specifically requested one of two buildings with inter connecting rooms at CSR ten days out, and they met both requests! We rang the resort direct.

What kind of accommodation has the interconnecting rooms? We are in the basic villa. Thank you for your help x x

I'm not sure about SSR as I've never been - as far as I'm aware villas are free standing?

We've made interconnecting room requests for the actual hotel rooms at POP and CSR, which don't have villa type accommodation

At SSR the only rooms which connect are studios to one bed villas.

Also when ringing the resort - you are actually ringing a call centre they just pretend to be the resort

For room requests - either get them added to your reservation or use online check in. For a request such as Congress park OLCI will be fine.
