resort planner?

I've read on several post about people recieving some kind of planner from the concierge at the hotels they are staying at. I'm staying at BC concierge in August and wonder how and when does one recieve this. I noticed some people were going in August and have already been contacted.Is it just too early?

we received out planner from the BC concierge about 60 days prior to arrival. We didn't use the concierge services, so I can't tell you much about it. have a great trip
