Resort Parking Validation

We are going to be staying at CBBR soon. Taking my father with us who has a hard time walking. We want to eat at Jakes and the Islands restaurants at RPR. If we drive over and dine will they validate the parking? Worried with all the construction they may not. I think the walk thru CityWalk down to the boats would be too much for him too.
Any feedback would be helpful.

I would use the free car transportation in going to rpr for that dining

Check with the front desk at Cbay
Don't remember if it goes on the hour or half hour

Save your dining receipt and show it for any transportation to be waived

Is that the shuttle bus for dining? I have seen it, but thought it was only for use by the deluxe hotels.

Thanks for all your help. Yes there is a special dining van that takes you to all the resorts to eat. They also give you a surprise card you give the restaurant and you receive something special or free. I also found out that if you drive to the other resorts and dine you can get the parking validated.
