Help...any suggestions would be appreciated.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This could get complicated...

We have a 2 night room only reservation at AKL Concierge followed by a AAA package with dining and tickets at CSR. AAA is telling me that I will not be able to get my park ticket until I check into CSR. Therefore I will not have park tickets during our stay at AKL. We did not think we needed park tickets because we were going to just hang around the resort on our arrival day and then the next day go to MVMCP and the Sunrise Safari (SS). MVMCP does not need park tickets but we need park tickets to go on the Sunrise Safari.

I told you it was gonna get complicated.

Since we can not get our park passes till we check into the CSR (or so I am being told) It is too expensive to buy a one day, one park pass for all of us, just to go on the SS, not to mention that we have to pay additional for the SS anyway.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you want to do the Sunrise Safari, you'll need a park ticket. No ticket, no surnrise safari. I guess you need to get a ticket somewhere or cancel the sunrise safari.

Thank you..I realize that and stated so in my OP. What I am looking for is creative ticket purchasing strategies including the possibility of getting an AP or maybe additional 7 or more day no expiration tickets to use in the future.

Any other ideas?

it is true that you cannot get access to your tickets until you check in for your package... but here are two alternatives...

switch your stay around (stay at CSR first and AKL last... a good plan anyway 'cause i ascribe to the 'save the best for last' theory) and add a day or two to your CSR package tickets... adding a day is ALOT less $$ than buying a one-park-one-day ticket!

or... if you are doing the SS on the same day you are switching resorts, have dh (teehee) grab a cab at the crack of dawn and check in over at CSR and come back to do the SS...

good luck and hope it all works out :flower:
