Does anyone know if Disney has the right under any circumstances to limit a member to only staying at their home resort. I am considering buying a Hilton head resale but do not want to be limited to only Hilton Head. Thanks

They could but it is very unlikely until the very end of the contracts.

1) Yes, they have that right.
2) As mentioned, it seems doubt to exercise it.
3) However, if all DVC's get sold out
. . . they might enforce the right
. . . even if not enforced, it could be tough to go elsewhere in DVC

4) As you have seen before is BUY WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY.

I think you wil always be able to do an exchange through an exchange company. I might be wrong though.

I think so, too. But it is not guaranteed in the purchase contract.
