I am moving from the Swan to the Pop Century during my trip. How should I get from resort to resort?

Without luggage: Walk to DHS, bus to Pop

With luggage: Cab or car service

You can have Disney transfer your luggage and then just ride the Disney bus over to Pop when you leave the park that day. You'll be without your luggage for a period of time. If you want to have immediate access to your luggage, you'll need to take a cab with your bags. You can't bring luggage on Disney buses.

I always wondered if the Swan and Dolphin transferred luggage? Are you saying you know that they do?

They did transfer luggage for us in 2013, so I suspect they still do.

Thanks I was concerned about that as the Swan/Dolphin are not Disney Hotels. Do I speak to the front desk at the Swan or do I call the Pop Front desk how to I set up the Luggage Transfer?

Swan/Dolphin bell services should be able to arrange the transfer for you.

There have been many folks who reported on these boards that bell services will transfer luggage from Swan/Dolphin to a Disney resort. I think you'll be fine.
