Thanks everyone! It's a little overwhelming - it happened so quickly. My DH only discovered the resale market about a week ago!! He doesn't waste time, that's for sure. That's the big difference between us. I plan and debate and analyze everything. My family doesn't do anything quickly. He decides and that's it - done deal. I can't even decide what to order in a restaurant quickly! HA! Oh well, I am sure I can get used to owning DVC quickly and just enjoy planning my future trips!

Shocker has been adjusting to back to school.

Oh I have been miserably behind after being away for so long but I just LOVE that counter top, such cool contrast! And I am really looking forward to the rest of the updates for the kitchen, wallpaper and lighting fixtures, etc! Neat! I also just think those Mickey mugs are such a nice touch

The kids came in and just spent time looking around...
They have done a little pushing their limits.
As you know right now, it's procedures, procedures, procedures....
I do think they like their space!

Buying DVC is addicting, it's very hard to stop when you start with the resale market.
Shocker has been tired at the end of his work day.

On our last update it was July 4th we had shopped the monorail resorts and had lunch at the Grand Flo Cafe. We were trapped in Magic Kingdom in the rain....

Well, we waited it out.
I rolled up my pants and we made our way back to BLT...

After relaxing in the room for a bit we got a text from Jill that they were heading our way to get some dinner at the Contempo Cafe and then coming over to swim at BLT.

We wanted to eat a light dinner at Contempo too so we met them and all had some dinner.

Brooklynn and I enjoyed playing Toy Story Mania on my phone while waiting for everyone to finish.

After going up to our studio and changing to suits Brooklynn, Bella, Jill, and John, went for a swim.
First was the little slide.

Then up the stairs Brooklynn went.

And down she came, right into Jill's arms!

It was time to head upstairs to get dressed for fireworks.
We didn't know how crowded it was going to be up at the "Top of the World Club" so we wanted to give ourselves plenty of time.

We managed to get a pretty good spot.
Brooklynn loved playing with the last of the flashing jelly rings...

At one point she had rings on her toes!

Then she gave them to the kids that were around us.

When the fireworks started one little girl had a great seat on her uncle's shoulders.

When the fireworks were over we made our way back down to our studio and played for a bit in the room while the guys hung out on the balcony. Then it was time for the MeMom gang to take the girls back and put them to bed.
Tomorrow would be my birthday and we were moving to the Beach Club.
Plans were to meet up and swim at Stormalong Bay.
My idea of a great day was to lounge by the pool but the forecast was rain.
Would we get rained out or would I spend my big day by the pool.....

It was such a fun evening with them!!!
Yes, we had music. The fireworks were going off all around us, not just in Magic Kingdom. It was just WOW!

Brooklynn with her hands over her ears is the norm. She is not much on loud noises.

Didn't you like her purple Crocs with her red, white, and blue dress? She was going for comfort, and even though she had shoes that would have matched better, there was no reason to battle over which shoes to wear at such a fun place on such a special night. I think it is one of my top ten memories of the trip, actually - seeing the girls walking toward BLT holding hands with Brooklynn in her red, white, blue, and purple!

It was a fun night, and we appreciate the invitation to join you guys for that experience.

This was a fabulous way to spend the Fourth of July! I highly recommend it!
IF we get the chance to do it again I would try for Bay Lake again in a heartbeat!

Brooklynn seemed to love that slide! I don't think it was nearly as fast as Stormalong Bay.
It was one of those I want to go again deals!
Remember when you stay at BLT rent points, then you get access to the club upstairs!

I haven't been getting into my room much because we have so much professional development meetings we have had to go to. Instead of giving us whole days, they have been giving us half days which are not as productive for me! I just want to get in there and get it done!!
