I am possibly going to be adding 8 more people to my December reservation. I have to have special accommodations because my mom needs a Handicapped Accessible room with the roll-in shower, so I am not sure what to do with these 8. Me, DH, and Mom are booked at the All Star Music Family Suites.

Please give me some advice, I have never gone with that many people at one time. My dates are NOT flexible.

My cousin has a 6 year old son that is Autistic, so I need some advice for her as well. This will be their first trip, my seventh by then.

Ask for a Grand Gathering number and they will make sure that you are in rooms near each other. The reservations for all of the rooms will be linked.

I am not exactly sure what your question is. Is my answer helpful or are you having trouble getting ressies for them there?

I am not sure what I am asking actually. I have asked for info about GG's, but it seems like all they can do for me is give me a number to use to link rooms and ADR's.

I think I am also looking for maybe more suggestions for resorts available to us, maybe better than what I have.
