Resort Fees?

In November, we are looking to use our Interval accomodation certificate from depositing our Maui Ocean Club week. OKW comes up with availability, but states that there is a resort fee payable prior to check-in. I am assuming this is a standard fee to cover the resort transportation, etc.

We'll likely book a 1BR and have two adults and 1 6YO. I poked around, but haven't found the answer yet. How much is the resort fee?

Disney does charge a $95 fee for exchanges into the WDW DVC Resorts.

If you have the choice, you might enjoy a 2BR villa- although the 1BR will certainly work for the three of you.

When I traded it was $95, that was in March.

Thanks a bunch! Our "free" accomodation certificate seems to only allow usage of a unit up to and including the size of the one we own. We don't spend much time in or around our room, so 1 BR will work - we'll save our banked week for where we might spend more time in our room.

$95 sounds very reasonable. Sure will be nice to not have to drive something other than an Autopia car or TestTrak for a week.

OKW 1BR - I think buildings 30 and lower have only one entrance into the bathroom (i.e. through the master bedroom) - the others have separate entrances

Jaysu is right. You will want to request something in buildings 31 or higher.
