Resort Fee at Disneyland Resorts Using Points?

Are DVC members staying on points also charged the $10 resort fee that regular cash-paying guests pay? I'm thinking of booking either the Disneyland Hotel or the Grand Californian.

We used points to stay at the DLH in June of 2004. We did not have to pay the resort fee.

I just booked the GC using the points just last week and there were no charges. I am so excited!!
However, keep in mind, that once you transfer the points during the reservation process to DL resorts, and you cancel more than 4 days before, you will NOT be able to use those points for any of the DVC resorts or International Interval (II) or even banked them. You can only for the Disney Collection in that used year. If you cancel less than 3 days, you will totally lose the points.
