Couldn't decide but I think this may be the best board for this question?

I'm trying to incorporate some MYW extras into our no-park day.

We have ADRs for Wave at 945 and Trex at 3.

I definitely want to spend some time at the pool. I'm thinking that between breakfast and lunch might be best, since it will be a bit warmer.? Also the mini golf passes have to be used before 4.

Has anyone used these? It says 2 rounds per room. So if we have 3 adults and a toddler, two of us would be paid for a single round? Is that right? There aren't a lot of details.

I'm thinking breakfast, then ride the epcot monorail, then mini golf.
Pool time at the hotel (CSR), and then lunch.

Since we will be at DTD I thought we could use the 2 DQ passes (pay for the 3rd adult), and/or utilize the 10% off bowling.

Can we fit all this in? Will we have ample pool time after mini golf?
Would it be better to do the pool before mini golf, in case we are having so much fun we decide to skip it?

How bored will my toddler be at DQ? I haven't been in over 10 years.

I plan to end the day at the resort, for movie under the stars and campfire, and late dinner at pepper market.

Also the package mentioned souvenir luggage tags for everyone in the room. Are these sent to me or are they waiting in my room? I will not be using Magical Express, we live in Florida and are driving up.

They will most likely mail the luggage tags to you unless you booked it to close for them to mail them to you like say a week out.

We just received our coupons and luggage tags in the mail yesterday. Unfortunately, I'm technologically challenged and don't know how to add a picture to this post since my pictures don't have a URL (they're just on my computer hard drive). The tags are hard plastic with Mickey in purple, red, orange and yellow colors. We are renting a car and not using Magical Express and we received the tags so you should receive them also.

I was disappointed that I couldn't give our coupons to my daughter who will be there for the Disney College Program because my husband and I most likely won't have time to use most of our coupons. You need to present the coupon and your magic band/resort ID in order to use the coupons and they are only good during your dates of stay.

We have most of our days planned out but if we get tired of a park (doubtful) we can head to golf or DTD and use some of our coupons.

This is my opinion only.

I don't think you'll have time for mini-golf in-between your ADRs. Let's say The Wave meal takes an hour (11am). Then monorail to Epcot (arrive 11:30am). Taking the car would be better. With the monorail, you'd be at the front gate of Epcot, and you need to be near the Swan Resort, which is beyond the other Epcot gate (International Gateway-Epcot Resorts). The Epcot Resorts don't have bus service to Epcot front gate (unless something has changed). Are you going to use a park ticket to enter Epcot, walk thru Epcot past UK Pavilion, then exit Epcot at the Int' Gateway, take a boat to Swan/Dolphin, then walk to Fantasia Gardens? Play mini-golf, then walk or boat to DHS and take bus to CSR (arrive 2:30pm). Then drive to DTD? T-Rex at 3 would be IMPOSSIBLE!

You have a nice Disney mini-golf almost across the street from CSR. Winter-Summerland. It's currently open from 10am to 11pm and it's located at Blizzard Beach. A potential plan would be to skip The Wave entirely. Have bkfst at CSR (or even McDonald's a block down the street). Drive to Winter-Summerland and back. Now you have time for some pool refreshment. Leave for DTD no later than 2pm. There's heavy construction on the main road at DTD, and the DTD parking lots. Everything's backed up, timewise, and parking is a mess. Many people are parking across the street, or paying valet ($20).

If you had a car, and drove to The Wave, then drove to Fantasia Gardens or Winter-Summerland, you would have time to make your ADR at T-Rex and also play mini-golf. There wouldn't be much pool time, though. Your Wave meal would be better reserved at an earlier time, somewhere 8-8:30am, rather than almost 10am.

You can Google Images for Disney Luggage Tag. They change, so I'm not sure if our red Mickey Head tags are still current. Here's a classic (funny) YouTube on how to attach the tags to your luggage. There were no instructions the last time I received them, and I had to watch this video to figure it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzQwhTsW7gM

Thanks for the opinions :)
I'm getting a little confused at the travel plans in the last post.
I should clarify that taking the monorail on the epcot loop was just a sightseeing ride after breakfast.
I wasn't sure where the mini golf places were as what I read didn't specify.

Maybe we will do Wave, epcot loop, and head back to the hotel pool. If we get bored maybe we will do mini golf before lunch, but DH & DD think it'll be tough with a toddler so we may skip entirely. If we go it's nice to know there's one right by out hotel.

I'm hoping by Nov the traffic to DTD will be resolved but we planned to hop a bus over there for T Rex.
We will have a car though if we run into a time crunch.

I'm looking forward to disney transportation as traveling into/out if parks and DTD is always a royal pain for us. Much less stress to catch a bus I think.

I'd do an earlier ADR but we will be out til past 12 the night before with MK EMH and we aren't particularly early birds.
I'd rather push Trex later and make it an early dinner but as of now there isn't any availability.

Any opinions on DQ vs Bowling?

This is good info. You should check the rehab schedule for Winter Summerland. I believe it is closing to bring Olaf there at some point. Best bet for Fantasia Gardens is to drive. There really is no convenient transportation to there.

Thanks for the opinions :)

Your issue with transportation is that you are staying at a resort that is buses only. So to get to the Wave you need to ride a bus to MK and then walk to CR. Allow an hour in case you have to wait for a bus.

To get from the Wave back to CSR, reverse the process.

Parking at CR is fine for your reservation, but it is tight. Plan time for getting into your parking space.

From CR you can drive anywhere. That's faster than a bus. If you leave your car at CR you will only have 3 hours from arrival time according to your parking tag. That should give you time to do the circle on the Epcot monorail.

For DTD from CSR (or anywhere!) TAKE THE BUS! Parking is a nightmare and will add time to your trip. Allow 1 hour even on the bus as your bus will likely make a stop at a water park as well. Unfortunately the construction at DTD is scheduled through next year. They are going to do roadwork and expand lanes as well. I'm not sure that's even started yet.

Eliminating the monorail and driving after breakfast gives you an 11:30 to 2pm window at a resort. That's enough time for golf or swimming but not both. Adding in the monorail will likely make it less fun. Doable? Hard to say. Depends on monorail traffic. We haven't done that route in awhile. I would push the Trex meal later.

Sorry, we haven't done DQ or bowling.

Great advice, thank you.
I'm thinking I will skip golf a d do the epcot monorail another day.

We have plans to ride the monorail from MK to Poly for a 7pm dinner on an early closing night. Maybe we will do the epcot loop then.

Or maybe after T Rex
