What are some of the best counter service restaurants outside the parks?

Disney Springs- Wolfgang Puck Express! Awesome food- on the level of TS good! It is hard to believe sometimes that this place is a QS. If you are on the dining plan, it is an excellent use of a QS credit!

Resorts- Riverside Mill is our favorite food court in a resort. So many options and they have a create your own pasta and salad station- so good! And generous portions.

I like Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs, Landscape of Flavors at AoA, and Riverside Mill at POR.

I also back Riverside Mill at POR and Wolfgang Puck Express in Disney Springs. My two favorites. Roaring Forks at WL has some unique breakfast options, and House of Blues has a quick service window with great BBQ but I don't believe its on the dining plan if that's a concern.
