Resort closest to Water Park's

Which Resort the Closest ????? Do you have to take a Bus?

Disney's two waterparks are not next to each other. There are different resorts near each one. For Blizzrd Beach...Animal Kingdon Lodge, the All-Star resorts and Coronado Springs are the closest. For Typhoon Lagoon...I would say Port Orleans, Old Key West and Saratoga Springs. And yes, you will need to take buses.

I can see that, but you'd have to cross a very busy road.

Yep, we just left CSR today and saw BB on the way out...you could easily walk there in 15 mins. Im guessing that road may be busy at sometimes, but it wasnt too bad for our stay.

I would not risk walking to any of the water parks. You would have to cross a busy road and the buses would get you there quicker and much more safely.

Typhoon Lagoon is in near DTD and Saratoga Springs and Old Key West are the closest resorts. Blizzard Beach is closest to Coronado Springs, with the All-Star resorts nearby.

IMHO, I wouldn't let the distance to the Water Parks influence my resort choice. An extra 5 or 10 minutes on the bus doesn't make that much difference.

If you are looking for water park info for your up coming trip in Nov, (per your sig) the only one that will be open at that time is BB. And the closest resorts to BB are CSR and AS. BB is accessible by bus from all Disney resorts. You could probably even walk to it from CSR and AS Sports albeit approx a 1 mile walk.

Don't forget the Water Parks don't have their own buses, because the bus for Blizzard Beach also goes to the Animal Kingdom and the bus for Typhoon Lagoon also goes Downtown Disney.
