Resort choice question

We are going to the world in June of 2013. We always do split stays because when we go we stay for about 17 days.
My questions....

BCV or WL???

I am an AKV owner. What are the chances I would even be able to get a studio at either of the above resorts at the 7 month window?

You may get more responses on the DVC board. Many of us are not well versed in how the booking windows open up, etc.
