resort check out help needed

Well, we just got back. What a bummer! We had an early morning flight and I was definitely a bit groggy that morning. I forgot to get my check out statement that was hanging on the door. I am so used to them being under the doors. We had room charging and I want to make sure that all the charges are correct. Does anyone know how I can get a copy of the charges? Who do I call? We stayed at BLT. Thanks a bunch.
 
I would start with a call to member accounting, they could point youin the right direction for a copy (or email) if your statement. Did you keep at least one of the room keys? It may be easier for them to look up using the account number on the key.
 
Do they only put one on there if you have an account balance?

I don't even remeber giving them a credit card when I checked in and we left in such a hurry we were half way home on the plane before I realized we didn't check out just left.

Did I miss something? We were staying on points
 
You can call WDW Guest info at: (407) 939-6244. They can transfer you to the resorts accounting group.

Did you do online check-in and enter a CC# during that process? If you don't give the resort a CC#, you will not be able to charge to your room. If you don't have any charges on your room account, they will not leave a statement of charges.
