I feel a little silly right now
. When I switched from the Poly to the WL, I assumed that magically my correspondence with the Poly IPO disappeared from their records. Why clog up their files with canceled guests' information?
When I switched back to the Poly last week, I needed to change an archery reservation (for about the 5th time
). Since I assumed the Poly IPO had lost track of me (they've never initiated contact with me), I emailed them the request today along with a question about whether they serve a caffeine-free soda in the lounge and whether my room request was in fact in the system.
Well, Craig emails me back (quickly and politely, BTW) saying that there are already "soda requests" on my behalf and their "Lounge Team" have been notified and will fulfill my request, and yes, my room requests has been verified (again
). For the record, they were never "requests," only questions, but I'm very impressed with their willingness to fulfill my questions
.
You see, I didn't let on that I had once canceled the Poly. I sort of pretended like it was a new reservation, like I do when I call the WDTC and change. But now I know (and Karen mentioned this, too
) that the CMs know when you've changed. But I guess the Poly didn't, or does it take a lot longer for that info. to get to them?
So basically I sent the same type of email to them twice (April and today) and even though I canceled Poly once (in June) and rebooked a few days later, they still had everything in their records from April
I bet my file's been seriously flagged

I do, I do! It's fantastic. I feel better now that you have a ticker. Umm, has DBF seen your slider
Is it possible that Gramma might want to go back with you before DBF?
, but my heart did start racing a little when I had to give her some December dates for her to be able to check on blackout dates so I could post those.
.
So far I only have Yak and Yeti, Teppen Edo for Ben's birthday dinner, and Jiko.
What's a DHDH thread??? Sounds awfully interesting!

Hope it's not too hot in your neck of the woods today. 95 to 100 here
I just like to know that I can book what I want to when I want to off of the
) Not that I can't use the money, but I'm tired
I think you did congratulate me, but it's all good...I can do another GF dance
And I have my first Poly stay in August
Glad you are only working 2 days this week - working does get in the way of thinking about resort changes.

I had some great ADRs and had everything planned out almost perfectly. Now I have to start all over
home, Karen
He's such a good sport. I'm sure he's able to block out my voice when I talk about Disney by now.
I don't know what to do! I don't want this to end up like another decade wait.
Shouldn't it be mutual...and heck, you will be the bride, so the honeymoon should be wherever you want to go!!
I'd switch to almost any resort after it had a new refurb....almost.
My DBF has never been to WDW and I want to make it as special as possible. The biggest thing is that he wants to work on saving his money for a house and wants to pay off his debt, which I totally understand. That is much more important than paying for a trip to Disney World. I told him I was more than willing to pay for everything because I want this to be special. I even said we could shorten the stay (5 days), but he says if he's going to go, he wants to do it right and go for longer (7 or 8 days) since we will be doing what we both want to do. My gramma and I didn't eat a lot when we went so I don't expect us to spend a lot of money on food. This definitely should be a mutual decision, like Minnie&Nana said, but I don't want him to start hating WDW before he even goes. He's already tired of me talking about this trip! I have a feeling I'm turning him into a DHDBF (Disney Hating Dearest BoyFriend)!
