I should make a list, but knowing me, I will forget something. lol

I don't think you can go wrong. You're going to Disney! How exciting! I think we have anticipated as much as you have! We always just "go where we feel like" and four days for 2 parks is plenty of time to get the "must dos" in. Enjoy!!! I do my best packing last minute (I do use lists), I think because I work best under pressure

He adapted better than I could've dreamed. I think you're doing great. He's blessed to have such a strong, smart mom.

And it's the weekend, which means I am working, and won't be back on DIS til Monday, sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Thank you for your concern with DS. I am worried, but I know he'll be fine.

He's high functioning, which is good, but has ADHD and is bi polar, so he's a bit of a mix. He's also a bit OCD, but only when cleaning windows and dishes. Oh, and when it rains, although he's stopped flapping and squealing now.

I know I shouldn't laugh over that, but he's 6 feet tall and it was pretty funny watching him running around in circles and flapping because it was raining on him.

I'm a bad mommy.

Well, I'm glad everyone has been anticipating my trip as much as I have. I will just wing it I guess. I can't stress about this trip. I won't have fun if I stress about it!

And I won't be able to talk to you for a whole week! I leave on Monday!

And Happy Mother's Day to all you mothers! I think I'm the only one here who isn't a mother.

I'm basically all packed. Though my mom is buying me some new clothes for the summer so I might pack those, but I love my Disney shirts! I bought a pair of cheap sunglasses at target in the dollar section so I'm all set there. lol



I don't know if I like EMH or not. I've only ever been to WDW once and that was when I was 9. I want to go to MK on the day we arrive because it's opened 'til 2am, but I Epcot has AM EMH the next day. I will probably do mini-golfing before going to MK on arrival day because I'm hoping it will get less crowded later in the day. MK has EMH on the 9th and 12th and Epcot has EMH on the 10th. I was thinking about going to MK on the 9th and then Epcot on the 10th so I can decide which park I want to spend more time on. Also, should I follow a touring plan like the one in the Passporter's Guide or the Unofficial Guide? I know which rides I want to go on, but I don't know if there's a certain order I should go in.

I'm only going to Epcot and MK. I'm not going to waste time at AK and MGM since I don't really wanna go to either of those parks. I only want to ride ToT, TSM and RnR at MGM and EE at AK and that's it. I also have to think about my gramma. She doesn't ride roller coasters so I want to go to the parks that appeal to her. I know she will do whatever I want to do because she enjoys seeing me happy, but I also don't want to torture her and make her wait while I ride. Though for rides she won't go on, my plan is for her to stand in line with me and when it's my turn to ride, she will go to the exit and wait for me there. I would hate for her to wait for me outside of the ride and wonder if I got on the ride all right and it would be pretty boring especially if it were a long wait.

I'm only going to be in the parks for 4 days. Monday - Thursday because we are leaving first thing in the morning on Friday. I have only one ADR made and that's for the 10th at the Cali Grill at 8:00pm so my gramma and I can view Wishes from there while eating dinner.

I went to the eye doctor today and guess what I forgot , my sunglasses so they give me these paper ones , I wasn't gonna put them on but when I walked outside It was so bright because of them dialateing my eyes I had to look like an idiot with these paper sunglasses on until I got home. Bad thing was I had just told you not to forget your sunglasses

My two favorite parks are MK and Epcot and I think your grandmother will enjoy those the most too. I am not a ride person either. And your plan for the Cali grill and watching the fireworks sounds great

LOL!!! That is just too funny! I hope people didn't laugh at you! I would have been so embarrassed! Now you know to never forget your sunglasses because if you do, you will have to wear those paper ones.

Tell me to not forget something and you know I will forget it. I have two pairs of sunglasses so I will have one in my purse and the other will be in the suitcase. lol

Nothing rough like Space Mountain and that Big Thunder Rail Road ride. I don't know if she will go on Splash though. I won't force her to go on any rides she doesn't want to.

I only rode Body Wars and the ride in the EPCOT Golf Ball when we went to EPCOT. lol We never made it to WS because my siblings and I wanted to go back to MK. My mom was so glad we had PHs. I'm going to have to scan pictures of that trip onto my computer and post them here. Some of the pictures are so cute!

I'm really excited about our dinner. I can't wait to see her face when she sees the cake! I'm really excited about that! I'm kind of worried about the type of cake that it will be since I never said what kind to make it. I'm praying it will be a plain white cake.

I just had a scare that made me realize I really want to stay at BWV!
I finally got off my lazy bum and called Disney to adjust my dates and as she was making the change, she said, "It doesn't look like BWV sudio is available. You're off by one day." So I started to panic inside and the resorts started running through my mind. Then, she said it's available but not with my discount code. "What code?", I asked. Then it hit me so I asked and apparently they had applied a PIN code to my reservations!! Doggoneit! Now, no discount for me!
Still no dates for the military discount/tickets either...I asked.

I'm all packed! I had my boyfriend come over to help me make sure I got everything that I needed. I'm going to read the Passporter's Guide on the plane and fill out the stuff in the back of the book as a time-killer.

Thanks everyone! It means so much to me! I'm going to take a ton of pictures for everyone! I know I'm going to love every second I'm going to be there!

I don't think I can handle not talking to everyone here for 4 days! I will miss you guys so much! I will see ya when I get back on Friday!

Going by your signature you have never stayed at CBR so I think if it was me I would stay there, POFQ is lovely and small but I have read a lot of great things about CBR and you can watch Illuminations from the beaches at CBR!

Is it worth the extra money I would say yes but then I have never stayed at POP or any of the values so nothing to base it on either.

I know! 12 hours from now I should be boarding the plane! I can't contain this excitement!!!!
