Update from my previous post. I was able to get thru again (this time it took about 25 calls) Spoke with a lovely CM who obviously knew what she was doing and was able to move our dates to August, and it was about $50 cheaper. Not one issue. Now to concur the next hurdle of getting park reservations. My advice to anyone still trying keep calling, and make sure you get a CM that knows what they are doing.

Thanks. After reading about your efforts, I sent UT an email but didn't try calling. I like what Disney wholesale is saying though.

I send UT an email asking what I should do about my All Star Sports reservation in August and they sent me an email back thanking me for my cancellation request!

When I called to stop the process, they said there was no list of resorts that will or will not be open (I'm a TA, I was sent the list the other day)!

Didn't really get anywhere. She basically said to call back in a day or two because of the park reservation system launching they are very busy (and since it's still June and I'm August to call back.).
I'll try a different line later today I think on the regular resorts number.

She did say she didn't know what they were doing with WL guests but she said the DVC side was open, so I have a sinking feeling anyone at WL might be moved there. (because of the sofa beds, we're not looking at that)

Same. I hope i'm still on hold but not sure. did 2.5 hours to get to reservations, but wanted to charge me my first born child to pay price difference to not change dates, but move to a deluxe resort. said guest services might have some pixie dust so transferred me and that's been another half hour so far.

I really hope the music turning off doesn't mean we're shut out.

Yep! Just wanna get switched to Caribbean beach from POR.... would be willing to pay maybe a few hundred for a deluxe. I'll see what sort of wheeling and dealing I can do once I can get through!
